WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will join a group specialized in Artificial Intelligence and MLOps, working closely with a highly experienced team and end clients.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Applying DevOps and software engineering concepts to build AI-based systems and applications.
- Developing and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for ML models.
- Working with datasets for pre-processing and data cleaning.
- Collaborating with the team to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Managing the scouting and fine-tuning of models for specific applications.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have 1 to 4 years of experience in similar roles or possess a solid theoretical background with a strong desire to grow in this field. You have a solid foundation in AI and software development, combined with a great passion for the cloud and automation world.
YOUR TECHNICAL PROFILE
- Good knowledge of Python and main data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Good communication skills (fluent Italian, at least B2 English).
WE’LL BE EVEN MORE THRILLED IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

WHAT WE OFFER
CONTRACT AND REMUNERATION
- Permanent employment contract (CCNL Commercio – CNEL H011) paid over 14 months.
- Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €24,000 to €30,000 for up to 2 years of experience; ranging from €28,000 to €35,000 for 2 to 3 years of experience.

HOW WE WORK
We believe that sharing day-to-day life in a stimulating environment makes a difference in everyone’s growth.
For this reason, we work on-site, but with extensive flexibility and the possibility of agreeing on a hybrid formula—up to 60% remote work—based on specific needs (commuting distance, family reasons, etc.). Full-remote work is not an option.
