The company’s objectives include consolidating its leadership position in the Italian market and expanding internationally into higher-spending markets where there is strong demand for beSharp’s services (Germany, the Netherlands, and the USA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To support its growth, beSharp considers it essential to work within an appropriate and consolidated Integrated Management System<\/strong> that optimizes employed resources and systematically increases the efficiency of business processes, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction<\/strong> and maintaining the highest technological and organizational standards for information security<\/strong>.
For these reasons, beSharp has adopted a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, integrating it with the requirements of the ISO\/IEC 27001:2022 standard for information security. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To achieve these strategic objectives, at beSharp we apply the processes of our integrated management system, defined and periodically updated by our Management, taking into account the results of an integrated assessment<\/strong> aimed at minimizing risks associated with information security, protecting people’s rights and freedoms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, constantly measuring results against the objectives and improvements we identify<\/strong>.
    Interpreting the spirit of continuous improvement standards, one of the core values of our organization is “Always aim for the best solution, avoid alibis and convenient compromises. Study and passionately learn new things whenever you have the opportunity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    MANAGEMENT COMMITMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    beSharp’s Management has defined this Integrated Policy as a reference framework for setting quality and information security objectives for the organization and is directly committed to ensuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Satisfaction<\/strong>: we are committed to understanding and exceeding our customers’ expectations, offering high-quality solutions that meet their needs. beSharp embraces the “customer obsession” policy of its main partner, Amazon Web Services. By providing a point of contact for each customer, it maintains an open communication channel between the customer and the company, with the aim of maximizing information exchange and constantly improving the level of service offered. Furthermore, as an AWS partner, it maintains precise monitoring of customer feedback received through the APN portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Innovation and Continuous Improvement<\/strong>: we promote an informal work environment, we work following the best practices of agile methodology and the Holacracy organizational framework that foster creativity and innovation and consequently the continuous improvement of our processes and services. We always set challenging yet achievable objectives and ensure they are measurable and kept updated and consistent with our organization’s strategic objectives, to truly verify whether we are heading in the right direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Awareness, Training and Personnel Engagement<\/strong>: we invest in continuous training of our personnel to ensure high skills and motivation.       DISSEMINATION, COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      beSharp’s Management is responsible for defining and maintaining this policy as a guideline for defining the organization’s objectives. To this end, Management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • communicates it clearly to all personnel<\/strong>, during onboarding of new hires and through dedicated training moments and internal communication tools, so that it is truly understood, shared, and applied by everyone, at every level;<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • regularly verifies its validity and adequacy<\/strong>, updating it based on organizational and regulatory changes and contextual needs gathered through constant dialogue with all interested parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        The concrete implementation of the Policy is entrusted to Function Managers, who have the task of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • managing and coordinating resources<\/strong> so that every activity is carried out in compliance with the Integrated Management System requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • promoting behaviors consistent with company values and the organization’s strategic objectives<\/strong>, with assigned team and individual objectives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • carefully monitoring results<\/strong> and reporting any deviations, to promptly activate corrective or improvement actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Management, for its part, maintains an active role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • promoting transparent and participatory communication<\/strong>, to facilitate the involvement and awareness of all personnel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
